The area is slated for a major highway project on the Trans Canada, if that come to fruition the next few years should even be busier!
It appears the four laning of the highway will change the current access to the motel from its current location to a little further south, but it will be much safer for travelers!
Opportunity for more business: 1). The motel is semi-closed in January to February, serves guests with reservation only. Current owner currently puts the "No Vacancy" sign up at 10 PM. Its likely a new owner can generate more income they open year-round and accept late night travelers. 2) Good reputation; already built up good reputation with online booking agents.
