Reynolds has a great pub that is popular and respected. They operate 12 PM to 10 PM, there certainly is an opportunity to expand hours especially on weekends. In 2021 the owners added a great new patio that was spurred by Covid but has proven to be an excellent addition and is popular with the patrons! 

The hotel building is very solid and is well maintained. The building is ideally located on Main Street at the entrance to town. Access to the business is excellent.
