In 2021 the current owners redeveloped an existing motel that was built in 2008 into a motel and an apartment complex. This apartment complex has 25 units that consist of 9, 1-bedroom suites and 16 studio apartments with queen murphy beds.

When the apartment was redeveloped kitchens/kitchenettes were installed in the rooms. Cabinets were added and the floors were replaced. There are also 2 Electric Vehicle charging stations on site. As of March 2023, there is a 100% occupancy rate.
